Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached to the fabric.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned fabric for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
